So I'd suggest that perhaps your browser is the problem here. What are you using? I submitted the survey from work running Windows, but I have had problems with mlb.com sites from home, where I run Safari on a Mac, ever since mlb.com revamped their web software early this season. Can you access any content at all from nationals.com or mlb.com using the browser that couldn't handle this survey? If not, then it's your browser that messed up the survey. And for that, you can't blame the Nationals.
